Kyprianos is engineer, inventor and surfer. He has 25 years of experience in computer systems and intellectual property and as management consultant in the delivery of technology, strategy and advisory services to top-tier clients. Notably, he contributed to the development of the first version of BLUETOOTH released by ERICSSON in 1999 and holds a US patent related to sensor technology. From 2003 to 2007 he had a pivotal role in training 1.200 small and medium enterprises in Crete on computer technology and electronic commerce. Prior to founding the Premium he worked with STMicroelectronics and ANEK Lines and led large project workstreams. His contributions extend beyond professional realms, as he has lectured in various universities and authored numerous scientific articles in world-class magazines. Kyprianos is a devoted health advocate who has minimized his reliance on medication since 2003. Since 2019 he goes surfing and paddleboarding more over 120 days per year.

He holds a PhD in Electronic and Computer Engineering and a certification as an adult education instructor.

With a background as a computer and network engineer, Charalampos brings 13 years of expertise in programming, software development, database management, and creation of web-based applications. His experience extends to the installation of network infrastructures for both large and small corporations. Notably, he has played a key-role in projects involving the installation of computer systems and networks within the tourist sector. Charalampos is adept at selecting the most suitable smart products to fulfill the automation requirements of a customer's infrastructure. Furthermore, he has lectured in universities and authored several articles published in world-class scientific magazines.

Charalampos holds an MSc in Electronic and Computer Engineering. He owns Versatile Systems and Networks, an IT business, affiliated with thePremium.

Gregory is a digital design and computer security engineer with 16 years of comprehensive experience in computer programming. His expertise extends to the development of intricate Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions. Prior to his role at the Premium, he led large project workstreams in the industry focusing on high-performance processing to address challenging problems in the medical field and video and image processing. Gregory has served as a teaching assistant at the university and is co-author of several scientific articles published in world-class magazines. During his leisure time he engages in solving jigsaw puzzles and takes on the role of a football match referee.

Gregory holds a PhD in Electronic and Computer Engineering.

Faidon is interior designer, visual merchandiser and luthier. With 13 years of experience in designing homes and commercial spaces he brings a wealth of expertise to his role. He held key-roles in projects for large corporations and developed comprehensive solutions for small and medium commercial spaces, with a primary focus on creating comfortable, functional, and visually appealing living environments. He has in-depth knowledge of the smart home automation market. In recent years, Faidon has expanded his skills to include crafting professional stringed instruments and engaging in photography.

He holds certifications in interior design, decoration, visual merchandising and in safety for business environments.
